Make room for rest

Sleep is a useful place to begin when you are paying closer attention to your wellbeing. The CDC recommends at least seven hours for adults aged 18–60. Sleep quality matters alongside duration: how rested you feel is part of the picture.

Choose one steady habit

The CDC suggests consistent sleep and wake times, a quiet and cool bedroom, and avoiding caffeine later in the day. Choose a small change that fits your life. A repeatable routine is easier to reflect on than changing everything at once.

Notice, without grading yourself

In your PeptiBro check-in, record roughly how long you slept and how your energy feels. Missing a day is fine. After several entries, look at your own pattern and the context around it. A short week of observations cannot tell you why a change happened.

Bring questions to a professional

If sleep problems persist, or you remain unusually tired despite enough rest, speak with a healthcare professional. Your notes can help you describe what you have been noticing.
